1 Large Package Vanilla Pudding
¾ Cups Oil
¾ Cups Sherry
2 tsp. Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Butter
½ Cup Sugar
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
½ Cup Chopped Nuts (Pecans or Walnuts)
Icing
4 Cups Powdered Sugar
5 Tbsp. Milk
2 Tsp. Vanilla
