STRAWBERRY BROWNIE CHEESECAKE

A chewy brownie topped with no bake vanilla cheesecake, fresh whipped cream and fresh strawberries.

INGREDIENTS
BROWNIE

• 3/4 cup vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 3 eggs
• 3/4 cup flour
• 1/3 cup + 2 1/2 tbsp cocoa (I used Hershey’s Dark Cocoa)
• 1/4 tsp + 1/8 tsp baking powder
• 1/4 tsp salt

CHEESECAKE

• 20 oz cream cheese, room temperature
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• TOPPING
• 2/3 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/3 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 lb strawberries, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C). Grease a 9 inch baking pan, or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix together the oil, sugar and vanilla extract.
