You’ve decorated these truffles wonderfully. I love the splash of green on top. I’m off to look up thin mints and grasshopper cookies so I can find the best UK substitute for these ingredients since these truffles sound heavenly

4 oz. reduced-fat cream cheese softened
1/2 tsp. mint extract
8 oz. semi-sweet baking chocolate or melting chocolate - not chocolate chips must be baking or melting chocolate
