INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb Pizza dough
- 3 Tbsp + 1 Tbsp Olive oil, divided
- 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
- ½ tsp Salt
- 10 oz Brussels sprouts, shredded
- 5 oz Mozzarella cheese, fresh, thinly sliced
- 10 strips Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 oz Goat cheese, crumbled
INSTRUCTIONS
- Make dough or, if using store-bought dough, let rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. (If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven as it heats up.)
