ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE RECIPE

Ash.. Sort of off topic but if you like onion straws.. The pioneer woman has an awesome recipe for them. Made them several times and they come out better each time. I sliced them using a mandolin.

ICE CREAM SANDWICH CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS

• 7 ice cream sandwiches (I used the Blue Bunny brand)
• 8oz. Cool Whip or whip cream equivalent
• one candy bar, chopped (I used Twix)
• hot fudge to drizzle

DIRECTIONS

1. Line a loaf pan with wax paper.
2. Fit one layer of ice cream sandwiches on the bottom (if you use the Blue Bunny brand, the length fits perfectly in a loaf pan and you'll just have to cut one of the sandwiches in half).
