Sometimes I welcome a Monday off – so glad this was a short week for us. My family is from the east coast area and they didn’t know what a buckeye was – even though my sister brought them to our family gatherings. She just called them chocolate covered peanut butter balls. We told her they were buckeyes and why. I like your brownies.

These Chocolate and Peanut Butter Brownies are easy and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 box (18.5-ounce) Brownie Mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup coarsely chopped peanuts
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 pan with foil and coat with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- In the bowl of your stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment mix the brownie mix, oil and eggs on medium speed until smooth.
